How to Teach Children Sight Words

This video provides examples for teaching children the necessary reading skills to know how to build reading fluency through sight words. Fun, quick and effective activities are demonstrated by Issac and Issabella.

All activities use the Dolch sight word lists shown at the end of this video. All lists are phased in one at a time to give your child practice in reading them and to build fluency. The lists should be practiced several times until mastery is achieved.
